Floors and tiles
Scrubbing, grout lines, skirting, stairs and balconies. Tiles come back to their real colour.
Carpets and rugs
Deep cleaned where they lie, or collected and cleaned at our plant if they come up easily.
Sofas and upholstery
Sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, headboards and mattresses. Cleaned in place and left to dry.
After building work
Cement dust, paint spots and sticker residue after builders or painters have finished.
Moving in or out
An empty property cleaned before keys change hands, so nobody argues about the state of it.

From a one bedroom flat to a full office floor.
One, two, three, four and five bedroom homes. Duplexes with stairs and more than one sitting room. Bungalows. Office spaces with reception, meeting rooms and washrooms. If it is bigger or stranger than any of those, we still want to hear about it.
Offices are usually cleaned in the evening, on a Saturday or over a public holiday, so we work around your staff rather than through them.
Flat or apartment
One to five bedrooms, in a block or a shared compound.
Bungalow
A single floor house, one to five bedrooms.
Duplex
Two floors or more, with stairs and usually more than one sitting room.
Office space
Open plan, private offices, reception, meeting rooms and washrooms.

We visit or ask for photographs first. The figure we give you is the figure you pay, not a starting point that grows once we are inside.

Before you ask.
Why is there no price list for deep cleaning?
Because two three-bedroom flats can be a full day apart in work. Quoting from a list would mean over-charging the tidy home to cover the hard one. We would rather look, then tell you.
How long does a deep clean take?
A small flat is usually one day. A large duplex or an office can run into a second day. We tell you which it is when we quote, before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be there?
Someone should let us in and lock up after. You do not have to stay while we work, although you are very welcome to.
Can you clean rugs and sofas without taking them away?
Yes. Upholstery is cleaned where it stands. Rugs are usually cleaned in place too, but if one lifts easily and needs plant treatment we will collect it and bring it back.
Do you clean offices outside working hours?
Yes. Evenings, Saturdays and public holidays suit most offices better, and we plan around your staff rather than through them.
