Where is my laundry?

Enter the reference from your receipt and we will show you exactly where your order is, what you paid and when it is coming back.

It is on your receipt and in the message we sent when we took your order. Upper or lower case, with or without the QW, all work.

What each stage means.

    Pickup scheduled

    We have your order and a rider is coming on the day and time window you chose.

  2. 02

    Collected

    Your clothes are with us and on the way to our facility in Apo.

  3. 03

    Being cleaned

    Sorted by fabric and cleaned. If anything needs different handling than you booked, we call you first.

  4. 04

    Ready to deliver

    Finished, checked and packed. We will arrange a delivery window with you.

  5. 05

    Delivered

    Back with you. If anything is not right, tell us straight away and we will put it right.

Cannot find your reference?

Message us on WhatsApp with the phone number you booked with and we will find the order for you. We answer Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
